Specialized therapy for the things that keep you stuck.
Therapy helps you understand yourself better and builds your strength, giving you tools to handle life's challenges. I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, OCD, and eating disorders using evidence-based approaches with a creative, non-judgmental lens.
A N X I E T Y
Your anxiety doesn't have to run the show.
I CAN HELP WITH:
Generalized anxiety
Social anxiety
Panic attacks
Health anxiety
Perfectionism
Avoidance
Anxiety is exhausting. The constant what-ifs, should’s, the tight chest before social situations, the nights spent awake at 4am running through worst-case scenarios.
Most approaches try to eliminate anxious thoughts and feelings. The research shows something different works better: learning to accept them without judgment, so they lose their grip on you.
Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic approaches, we'll work on building a different relationship with anxiety. You'll develop practical tools you can use in real life, and a clearer sense of what actually matters to you.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is one of the most misunderstood mental health conditions. It is also one of the most treatable. It's not about being neat or organized. It's about a cycle of uncertainty, intrusive thoughts, intense distress, and compulsions that temporarily relieve that distress but reinforce the cycle over time.
OCD can severely affect daily life, but Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy offers a powerful recovery path. ERP helps individuals face their fears and reduce obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors by exposing them to triggers and teaching them to avoid compulsive responses.
This approach empowers individuals to regain control. With consistent practice and support, clients can manage their obsessions, leading to reduced anxiety and better well-being.

Your body deserves to be treated with care, and not as a problem to be solved.
I CAN HELP WITH:
Anorexia
Bulimia
Binge eating disorder
ARFID
Relationship to Food
Binge/purge behaviors
Disordered eating
Body image concerns
Disordered eating and body image struggles can quietly take over your life and perpetuate a cycle of restriction and bingeing, chronic dieting that hums in the background, and food rules that feel impossible to break. Maybe it's the shame around what you ate, what you weighed, or what you looked like. Maybe it's the way a meal with friends can feel like navigating a minefield.
My approach to eating disorder treatment is rooted in Health At Every Size® (HAES®) and is body-affirming. That means we won't focus on weight, dieting, or changing your body. Instead, we'll work on your relationship with food, with movement, and with yourself. Recovery looks different for everyone, and I'll meet you wherever you are.
As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) and IAEDP member, I bring specialized training to this work including experience with higher levels of care and complex presentations.
